Partial Planning
Includes 25 hours of work and Can include any of the following:

8 hours day of wedding + 1 hour rehearsal
3 in-person consultations to discuss details, confirm vendor items and coordinate your wedding day
Attendance and facilitation of rehearsal
Direction, Creation and organization of timeline with all vendors
Set-up and tear-down of Rehearsal dinner (if needed)
Read over all vendor contracts
Coordination of ceremony and reception timelines
Coordination with all vendors week-of
Complete set-up and tear down of ceremony and reception (If needed)
Coordination of ceremony, cocktail hour, grand entrance and first dances
Greet guests as they arrive.
Assist guests to table number
Direction and oversight of all ceremony and reception details
Unlimited access to me via email for questions/concerns leading up to your day
Help in choosing vendors
Unlimited communication via email, phone, text, FacetTime, Google Hangout etc.
Wedding budget recommendation and guide
Create and maintain a detailed timeline distributed to all vendors
Curated Vendor Recommendations for all categories (will help book up to three of those and provide quotes etc)
Create floor layout
Hotel Block Assistance
Room Diagrams
Vendor Communication Liaison
Review of all rental counts/contracts to ensure accuracy
Setup and teardown of personal items
Bouquets and pinning of boutonnieres for wedding party
Secure placement of gifts + personal items (help load at the end of the night as well)
Hotel bag/getaway car coordination
The ultimate honeymoon packing list
Tipping guide for all vendors
Collection of delicate items at rehearsal to be brought and set up on Wedding Day
If ceremony and reception location are in different locations, depending on logistics, it may be required to add on a second planner for $350
1 Planner- can add on second planner for additional cost of $350 (if attending guest list over 300, this will be required)
We are not the cleanup crew, so please note we “oversee” cleanup and assist, we do not buss tables and take trash out etc.
